Sellbytel is currently recruiting German native speakers to join our new and exciting project as Inside Channel Account Managers, located in Barcelona. Our client is leader in supply chain solutions for business.
-Support Partner in generating revenue and growing them to Silver.
-Drive partners revenue generation activities.
-Assist partners in closing deals.
-Educate partners on our client products and technologies.
-Create and ensure understanding of and commitment to our client’s offered product solutions.
-Track and manage sales opportunities in the partner business from opportunity to closure.
-Increase partner loyalty.
-Register new and inactive partners.
-Plan and initiate marketing actions for partner program /reasons to call.
-Coordinate partner deals with Distributor.
-Take over partners from Distributor.
-Request special discounts and revenue reporting to Distributors.
-Regular interface with our client’s Sales Directors.
-Collaborate with our client’s Marketing and Sales.
-Escalation path for partner and distributor issues.
-Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
-Update SFDC accordingly; regular reporting.
-Native Speaker in German
-Fluent in English.
-Two to four years of related technical sales experience
-Experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors.
-Familiar with channel programs.
-Excellent people management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills.
-Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work priorization.
-Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.
-Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources.
-Familiar with sales CRMs. Microsoft office.
Related experience preferably within a contact center or fast-moving sales environment; IT sector experience is a plus
